This is a case where our "Medium Temperature Inverter ZEAS" was introduced to Akimo Co., Ltd. Since pickles are made from fresh vegetables, temperature control is crucial. In response to stricter temperature management, the entire process from preparation to packaging is consistently managed at a room temperature of 20°C or lower, leading to an upgrade from conventional air conditioning units to our product. Even during peak summer, it cools well, and previously there were instances of alarms going off due to temperature rises during peak demand. However, we have received feedback that it cools sufficiently even below the demand value, and they are experiencing energy savings. We would like to introduce a case where our "Medium Temperature Inverter ZEAS" and "Freezer/Refrigerator Inverter ZEAS" have been adopted by the Kamiyama Shiitake Production and Sales Cooperative. The quality of the shiitake mushrooms produced is of course important, and since they have large facilities for spawning, cultivation, storage, and packing, the running costs of the equipment were also a significant concern. By upgrading to inverter machines from a constant speed system, we have reduced running costs by approximately 35%.
